Populasi Burung pada Habitat Nipah di Pantai Tiram Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Provinsi Sumatera Barat

Nipah is one of the main species that make up mangrove ecosystem can support survival birds with availability food, resting places, nesting, perching and breeding shelter for birds. The activity calculating population bird carried out to protect from threats damage their habitat. Observations were made on January 9, 2022 at Tiram Tapakih Beach, Ulakan District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province using direct counting or census method along nipah habitat while 10.00 am 18.00 pm. Based observations, found 9 a total 36,388 individuals consisting 5 families. most commonly was Bubulcus ibis, 36,352 species.
